
About
Maren represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation matters, real estate disputes, governmental entity claims, legal malpractice claims, and intellectual property disputes. She also represents plaintiffs in medical malpractice and personal injury cases, and represents sexual abuse survivors.
Maren received her law degree from Brigham Young University (BYU) Law School, during which she spent a semester in Washington D.C. as a clerk for the Senate Judiciary Committee, was selected as a Summer Fellow with the International Center for Law and Religion Studies, and participated in a Supreme Court appellate clinic drafting amicus briefs and petitions for writs of certiorari. She was selected as one of fifteen law students to participate in the J. Reuben Clark Law Society Religious Liberty Fellowship in Washington, D.C. She was also a member of the trial advocacy and moot court teams.
