Montana L. Martinez is a trial attorney at Gross & Rooney where he focuses his practice on commercial litigation. Montana received his Juris Doctorate degree, with honors, from the George Washington University Law School and his Bachelors of Arts from the University of Utah. While in law school, Montana was a member of the Public Contract Law Journal, an official journal of the American Bar Association.
Prior to his practice of law, Montana was engaged in national and international politics. Specifically, Montana worked with former United States Senator Orrin G. Hatch in Washington, DC. Montana also was a congressional monitor for one of the largest lobbying firms in Mexico and was a fellow at the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Montana is fluent in Spanish and has engaged in pro bono work for Spanish speakers seeking political asylum or refugee status in the United States.
