We represent clients in breaches of contract cases, often involving hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars or when the very survival of the company is at stake. Unlike most other law firms, we are willing to share the risks of litigation with our clients through contingency or blended fee arrangements.

Developing Strategies and Identifying Objectives

As veteran trial lawyers, we prepare every case as though it will go to trial. Fundamentally our process is very different than many other firms, who prepare cases for settlement first, and do not shift into the “trial” mode until it becomes apparent that a case is not likely to settle.

We begin the difficult and meticulous work at the outset of every case, working to establish a position of strength for our clients. We will also meet with clients to learn about their objectives concerning the dispute and the likely litigation. Based upon this understanding, we develop a comprehensive litigation strategy with our clients aimed at achieving their objectives in a cost-effective manner to the extent possible.
