Adam represents sexual abuse survivors* and plaintiffs in medical malpractice and personal injury cases across Utah, and he has represented hundreds of abuse survivors over the course of his career. His clients typically come to him after something has already gone badly wrong: an assault, a preventable medical error, a life-changing injury. His job is to hold the people and institutions responsible for that harm accountable, whatever it takes to get there.

Adam works every phase of a case, from prelitigation investigation and mediation through trial and appeal, and he has built a record of success at each one.

This work matters because the people Adam represents are too often overlooked, doubted, or silenced. Survivors of abuse and people hurt by someone else's negligence deserve to be heard, and Adam gives them a voice when few others will.
