
About
Adam is a litigator with trial and appellate experience. His practice includes representing sexual abuse survivors as they seek justice and representing individuals in medical malpractice claims where he uses his experience on both the defense and plaintiff's side to bring about successful resolutions. Adam has experience in state courts, federal courts, and in arbitration. He has also mediated cases, briefed appeals in Utah and in the Tenth and Eleventh Circuits, and argued before the Utah Court of Appeals.
Prior to joining Gross & Rooney, Adam clerked for the Honorable Judge Ted Stewart of the United States District Court for the District of Utah. He received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and completed his law degree at the University of North Carolina where he was Vice President of the Broun National Trial Team and served on the Executive Board of the North Carolina Journal of International Law.
