About

 

Seamus is a civil litigator representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation, real estate disputes, claims against governmental entities, legal malpractice, intellectual property, and catastrophic personal injury cases. Seamus has experience at every stage of litigation in both state and federal courts. Seamus also has significant experience with alternative dispute resolution through mediation and arbitration.

Seamus received his law degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law where he was a finalist in the Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition, Executive Articles Editor of the Indiana Journal of Law and Social Equality, and a research assistant for Professor Charles Geyh. Prior to Indiana, Seamus attended Denison University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, & Economics. He was a captain of the 2016 NCAA DIII Swimming and Diving National Championship Team.
