Seamus works on cases in a wide variety of areas of civil litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants including complex commercial litigation, real estate disputes, intellectual property, and catastrophic personal injury. He has experience with drafting and filing complaints, conducting discovery, negotiating settlements, and preparing for trial in both state and federal courts.
Seamus received his law degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law where he was a finalist in the Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition, Executive Articles Editor of the Indiana Journal of Law and Social Equality, and a research assistant for Professor Charles Geyh. Prior to Indiana, Seamus attended Denison University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, & Economics. He was a captain of the 2016 NCAA DIII Swimming and Diving National Championship Team.
